Tulip hats are designed to fit many head sizes because of it’s shapes that starts wide at the brim and narrows at the top. This universal fit made the perfect solution to make use of my fabric scraps that I accumulate while sourcing fabric. These are small pieces of novelty fabrics that are hard to fit into full garments - so hats were the perfect fit!
Note: All hats are reversible and the last photo on the slide is the reverse side!!
