What is your shipping policy?

Free domestic shipping on all orders over $50. All orders ship 3-5 business days after your order is placed.

You will receive a tracking number when your parcel is shipped. Most items are shipped with USPS; rugs are shipped with UPS.

Once the parcel is in the hands of the shipper, I am not responsible for any events that may occur during shipment. If your order is lost or damaged, please send an email to info@cadrecadre.com and we can work out the best solution.

 
 

How do I hang my rug on the wall?

If you wish to hang your rug on the wall, you can do so by hammering nails from the front, through to the wall, using the cotton twill as a guide where the nail should land.

How do I Clean my rug?

Rugs can be spot cleaned using a damp towel. If absolutely necessary, use a damp towel with a tiny amount of dish soap to get a stain out. Light, occasional vacuuming is okay, but you should not use the rotating brush on the rug as it will tug the yarns out to the surface and wear down the pile.

 
 

I ordered a rug, where is it?

All rugs are made to order in the order I receive them. Typically, rugs take 2-3 weeks to make and you will receive shipping notification email when it ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! International rates are estimated at checkout.
